Partners

The Rose Project has been developed and realized by an international partnership, co-financed by the European Union.

Our mission?

Supporting young employees (Gen Z and Y) through role play, storytelling and mentoring based learning.

ROSE is an Erasmus+ project that provides a structured training approach to help young employees manage stress, workload and everyday workplace challenges through experiential learning.

Our goal is to help young people build resilience, improve work–life balance, manage stress and time more effectively, and prevent health and mental health issues, including eco anxiety.

How it works?

These elements come together to form a structured, practice‑based training system. The ROSE Training Program was developed for companies that want to strengthen positive workplace culture, introduce fresh dynamics into employee development, and enhance young professionals’ ability to cope with work‑life challenges.

The program consists of three distinct training elements. Each one can be used on its own, but together they create a powerful and comprehensive learning experience. All three rely on different training approaches and build different skill sets, each of which is relevant and valuable in professional life.

Role-play scenarios based on real workplace situations

This role play game is a fun and easy way to explore common problems we often face at work…

Storytelling methods to reflect and reframe experiences

Mentoring tools to support guided learning and development

A handbook to turn challenges into strenghts, by reinventing mentoring and well-being capacity enhancement…

Who is it for?
