About the ROSE program
Three components that work individually, yet together form a strong program.
1. Reinventing Employee Mentoring
A handbook to turn challenges into strenghts, by reinventing mentoring and well-being capacity enhancement. This is a complex power-skills booster designed for internal trainers, mentors, and HR professionals, suitable for self-paced, asyncronous learning. It offers evidence-based theoretical insights into pressing work-related well-being challenges faced by young employees – stress, burnout, time management, depression, and eco-anxiety. Besides, the handbook boosts knowledge on novel mentoring techniques spiced with real-life examples, best practices, engaging exercises and recommendations on implementation and adaptation at workplaces. Closely linked with two other project tools—a role play game and a storytelling handbook—it equips professionals to support young staff in overcoming these difficulties. – A unique combination of theoretic training with interactive methods, to empower healthier, more adaptable, and better-integrated young professionals.
2. Influencing through Positive Inspiration
A good story can engage, inspire and teach more efficiently than a list of facts or simple presentation — because it connects emotionally, creates meaning, and stays memorable. Storytelling is powerful component of communication skillsbank, that everyone should possess. The Handbook on Storytelling is a practical, engaging guide designed to unlock the power of stories for personal and professional growth. It’s not just about crafting compelling narratives; it’s a tool for building empathy, resilience, and connection — especially vital in the workplace of the digital era, where uncertainty, rapid changes, and distance between employees has increased. What makes this tool more valuable is its focus on real-world work-life application: it offers hands-on exercises, reflection prompts, and adaptable techniques tailored for trainers, mentors and HR professionals. It is a bridge between the art of storytelling, the science of wellbeing and self-development.
Consider this tool as your personal coach for developing storytelling skills. Get ready to foster trust, creativity and flexibility, and to inspire positive change.
3. Play to Learn - business boardgame
A Game That Helps You Feel Better at Work. This role play game is a fun and easy way to explore common problems we often face at work— like stress, exhaustion, isolation, or not getting along with others. You choose a character with special strengths and challenges, and together with others, you go on a story-based adventure.
The game helps you think, talk, and find new ideas for handling tricky situations. You’ll learn while playing, without pressure or real-life risks, in a safe environment. Every time you play, the story changes—so you can try different solution, and see what works.
It’s made for young people at work, but anyone can enjoy it. You can play it in your own language, at home or at work, with friends or colleagues. It’s a fun way to grow and feel more confident in everyday life.
