Testimonials
Here you can read a selection of professional testimonials from partners who have already explored different elements of ROSE.
Even at this stage, we can already see that the ROSE training programme is going in a very relevant direction. What resonates for us is the focus on real workplace situations — not just theory. If it continues like this, I can easily imagine using it with our team leaders, especially around communication and handling pressure. We’re definitely curious to see the final version and how we could bring it into our internal development processes.
We’ve had an early look at the ROSE platform, and it feels quite different from the usual e-learning tools. It seems more reflective, more ‘human’, if that makes sense. I’m particularly interested in how the self-assessment part will evolve — that could be really useful for both employees and HR. If it keeps this direction, I think it could become something we’d actually use, not just something people click through.
What I find interesting about ROSE so far is that it doesn’t treat wellbeing as a separate topic. It feels more connected to how people actually work together day to day. We’re currently rethinking some of our internal practices, so this kind of approach is very relevant for us. I’m curious to see how the final framework will look, especially in terms of how easy it is to apply in a small organisation like ours.
Preliminary Research Findings
The ROSE project is built on clear, evidence-based needs identified through a survey of 165 respondents across six European countries, primarily young people entering or active in the workforce .
The results reveal a critical gap for organisations: over 89% of respondents feel unprepared to manage key workplace and life challenges, including stress, burnout and social isolation. At the same time, more than 82% express a strong demand for practical learning solutions to support their development .
From an HR perspective, the opportunity is equally clear. There is a high level of engagement with innovative formats: over 98% would be willing to use game-based learning tools, and 73.3% prefer cooperative learning approaches, highlighting the need for interactive, experience-based training methods .
These findings point to a workforce that is struggling, but highly motivated to learn. ROSE responds directly by offering structured, experiential tools focused on the most demanded areas — including stress management, burnout prevention and time management — supporting organisations in building more resilient, capable and future-ready teams.
