Players choose a character with unique strengths and difficulties, and together they navigate story‑based situations that reflect real‑life experiences such as stress, communication issues or teamwork struggles.

Through discussion, reflection and simple role‑play, the game encourages new ideas and practical solutions — all while having fun. It can be played in any language, at home or at work, with friends or colleagues.
